757-200: move the 3-d model 20m forward so it obeys parking positions better.

Adjust the FDMs of the five variants accordingly.
Adjust the view positions accordingly.
Add the usual keyboard shortcut (Y) to show or hide yokes.
Do not archive whether the views are internal or not: this is not under user control.
