Commit [r21198]  Maximize  Restore  History

tu154b: make ADF2 work and add a range computer.

* tu154b-set.xml: Reformat the file. Disable the generic electrical system.
* Nasal/fuel.nas: new range computer, fills /consumables/fuel/range*.
* Nasal/instruments.nas: power both AFDs, both VORs and both DMEs from the Nasal
electrical system. The transponder has no switch, so always powered.
