- Systems: Improved pneumatic bleed and pack system detail

- VC: Fuel temperature gauges now show fuel temp instead of air temp
- VC: Fix right side EFIS panel integrity lights tied to wrong knob
- VC: Fix the tiller steering wheel not rotating properly
