Commit [r20679] Maximize Restore History

dhc3: fix the transmission ov variants over multiplayer

Use the correct property /sim/model/variant, which is part of the multiplayer protocol,
to transmit the undercarriage: wheels=0, amphibious=1, floats=2, skis=3.
