#674 Precipitation drawing with errors inside of cocpit

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Run FG with any aircraft which has a cocpit glass(window)
2.Choose weather with precipitation
3.Tick "precipitation" in "rendering options"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected precipitation (rain/snow) in all angle of view. Instead of that I can see precipitation only in part of field of view. It looks like 3D space splitted into two parts by vertical plane. Usually this plane goes through the aircraft and оriented parallel to the aircraft heading. In this case precipitation visible only in right side of visible angle. Examples: B777-er200- no precipitation inside cocpit at all (precipitation outside is correct); B1900D, CitationX- precipitation visible only in right side, 'divider' goes through 0 and 180 degrees of aircraft heading (outside precipitation drawing only in right side too) (error not stable- it may appear inside and dissapear outside or vise versa); c172- all correct

What FlightGear release candidate version?
v2.6 RC3 updated Feb 15, 2012; BUT this problem was in FG v2.4 also
What operating system and graphics card?
Windows 7 x64, ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4570
