*What steps will reproduce the problem?*
1.Use latest GIT and Custom-Scenery (not the default or Terrasync) like France, Corse or LOWI
2.start on any airport in this scenery

*What is the expected output? What do you see instead?*
I expected normal loading times and normal framerates.
Instead I get only 1 fps, latency is between 3000 and 8000ms.

*Any output in the console (black window)?*
Unfortuantely nothing different

*What FlightGear version are you using (when using GIT version, please
mention date)?*
win32, Jenkins Built Nr. 176, matching GIT

*What operating system and graphics card?*
Dualcore 2.6 Ghz, Nvidia GTX460

*Please provide any additional information below or as attachment (Avoid
expiring external links, such as to imageshack/pastebin/...).*

Appears only when starting on an airport in a Custom Scenery.
Starting from another airport and flying to this scenery and airport doesn't have any bad effect.
The NL-Custom-scenery with 8.50 airport layout does work perfect, the newer LOWI-Custom-Scenery with 8.50 Layout by papillon81 does not work.

    SOLVED!

The latest Nvidia driver update enabled automatically searching for updates.
Unfortunately it needed 50% of available CPU.

    Disabling helps!
