#470 Map fixes with numbers are invisible

*What steps will reproduce the problem?*
0. start fg :)
1. open map
2. select 'fixes'
you should see every fix which is listed in fix.dat.gz, but fixes containing numbers are not visible
windows version 2.4.0
windows xp sp3, geforce7600gs, core2duo 2.13
as far as i know, theres no problem with it on Mac OS

Mark all as spam, and block user from posting to "Tickets"

This is a feature, not a bug - it's an attempt to de-clutter the map display, by hiding all the fixes that contain numbers, which are usually radial offers from a VOR(TAC). If I remove this feature, the fixes display becomes basically unusable, due to the vast number of such fixes, usually part of approach procedures.
