#2826 Segfault when changing AI/MP LOD ranges

It only segfaults when offline, not connected to a multiplayer server.

Menu: View -> Adjust LOD Ranges

AI/MP Aircraft:
Initial state "Low Detail only" and all sliders on left 0
Change state to "Specify Ranges" and try to move slider "High Detail" or "Low Detail"
Afterwards PC is working hard for a few seconds and segfaults
