On windows 10, FG 2016.2

FG is not really frozen but as usual the windows dialog to choose the directory path is displayed behind FG that is run in full screen. The user can not interrect with the dialog. Only a savant combination of alt-tab can bring the dialog to the foreground.

Needs some keen Windows user to insert some platform specific 'bring to front' call I guess. Patch welcome.

The window does show up in front for me on Windows. Not entirely sure if it was broken before for me but I guess we can call this fixed then. Or did you find something else in September James?
