#1854 phi wind calculator and vertical navigation not working

in PHI/Tools, the "wind calculator" and "vertical navgation" options do not work... they do not change the page at all...

the holding pattern and stopwatch seem to work... at least they change the page when clicking between them...

this is with the latest FF on kubuntu 14.04 fully updated... have already tried flushing the cache with no effect...

I changed the title and accept this as a bug to remind me of the todo.

OK... i had thought they worked in the past... i was just playing with similar in one of the Boeing craft the other day as i tried to figure out those center console computer things...

I'm very slowly working on the phi in my branches:

Most of the functions is cleaned, started with the http server interface documentation and adding some features to the phi (UI, countdown timer, map overlays, grids, porting some code from scenery map etc.). When I reach some point of more-less complete functions (and most of all everything working) I'll kindly ask Torsten for a review and next merge request.

@gijsrooy TL;DR - Nope. Code still exists.

Unfortunately I wasn't at the stage of the code to offer CR to Torsten. The code is still on my branch. If anyone would be interested to take a look (after my work) and review the changes, I think I can take what was left at that stage and merge with current code on the main FG branch. Some time ago there were changes regarding Phi but I haven't look at it.

I'll look at it in January (right now too much work IRL).

Placeholder pages for the tools were added as of [156691], so at least the pages show up now.
