#1777 Graphical glitches (conical "circus tent" shapes).

OS: Linux, Ubuntu 14.04

Basically odd "circus tent" cone shapes appearing centred around lamp posts at KSFO. This is with the current git version, using the current git "flightgear-fgdata" base data.

Replacing the file: "flightgear-fgdata/Models/Airport/apt-light-ba.ac" with the same file from the current terrasync tree completely resolves this issue for me. One other forum user reported both being able to replicate the bug as well as this fix.

Attached terrasync (i.e., non buggy) copy of the apparently offending file.

For reference, this bug also affects KOAK. And it was reported on the development mailing list at http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.games.flightgear.devel/78611 .
