Using the next branches, a number low lying airports are now partly under water. For example in the Caribbean, try the following:
$ fgfs --airport=TAPA
$ fgfs --airport=TNCM
$ fgfs --airport=TFFG
This is probably related to ticket #1674 (https://sourceforge.net/p/flightgear/codetickets/1674/).
We are all doomed! The floods are coming! Now even Half Moon Bay is lost:
$ fgfs --airport=KHAF
(there are two patches of water on the runway and all the surrounding forest is underwater)

The same in KHAF. But after some experiments with paths (Scenery and Terrasync), water stepped back.
I setted up the Terrasync directory, added it to FG_SCENERY and moved it up in the list. And removed cached Terrain from all places.
One more thing I noticed: there should not be any spaces in the paths.
For reference, setting the FG_SCENERY environmental variable fixes KHAF, but is has no effect on TNCM and the other partly underwater airports.
here is fixed terrain for many flooded airports:
http://media.lug-marl.de/flightgear/Terrain/
please include in terrasync!
I'm not sure if this is related or not, but I have problems with terrain over the top of an airport when using TerraSync:
fgfs --airport=YBAF --runway=10L
TAPA = Confirmed
TNCM = Confirmed
TFFG = Confirmed
YBAF = Confirmed
KHAF = No Issue
Requires scenery rebuild.
Caribbean ought to be fixed by the replacement with new scenery from D-ECHO.
Another - KLVN (#1689)
LSZB (#1902)

Closing this as it is/will be fixed with new scenery.
