#1651 Citation-X: Transponder ID display fix

*What steps will reproduce the problem?*
1./fgit/fgdata/Aircraft/CitationX/Models/Instruments/RMU-1.xml needs fixup after
fgdata commit:  #561b2f9 changed paths to Transponder digits.
2. F12 Radio dialogue does not have 'Ident' button to squawk transponder code
3.

Attached new:
/fgit/fgdata/Aircraft/CitationX/Models/Instruments/RMU-1.xml
/fgit/fgdata/Aircraft/CitationX/Models/Instruments/RMU-2.xml
  For proper paths to transponder digits

/fgit/fgdata/Aircraft/CitationX/Systems/tranceivers.xml
  Adds 'Ident' button so transponder code can squawk

Just tested the Citation and it seems the squawk-selection and ident button was already fixed with fgaddon revision r3258 2 years ago.
