#1579 FG HTML Propertry Browser don't escape character

1. start FG with Web server enable.
2. open in game property browser and use a throwaway property (e.g. aircraft name) And enter: Foo"Bar"
3. go to the HTML property browser and browse to the same property where your have enter the value: Foo"Bar"

The HTML property browser shows the Value: Foo
Instead of the correct Value: Foo"Bar"
The html source show the correct value.
The problem is that flight gear Don't convert the Quote marks(") to "
And i think this is the same for oder special charters for html "<>&...

Ubuntu 14.04

There were actually two bugs involved which should be fixed by https://gitorious.org/fg/flightgear/commit/0376ab3f28ac290f235343d7d72d997fe47639c7
Please test and report if it works better now.
