KHAF airport should not be under water.
Using Flightgear 3.0, downloaded stable source package, compiled under Kubuntu 13.10 amd64 using OpenScenegraph 3.2.0.

I remember I had the same issue with the 3.0 at the same airport. It was impossible to landing.
Currently, I use the git version and the aiport is not under water but there's someting wrong with a tile. It appears or disappears according to the view angle. Maybe this is driver related so it's out of subject.

Flooded airports are known to be related to a TerraGear bug about z-fighting.
Only a new scenery generation will fix it.

This issue is fixed in a recent scenery test rebuild. You will have to wait for the next scenery release in order for the fix to show up.
