#75 No way to specify username/password with integrated auth

Although the /defcred switch allows you to use
integrated authentication, and the /user switch allows
you to specify alternate credentials, there's no way to
combine them to allow you to use integrated auth with
alternate credentials.

Workaround: use runas /netonly to start a command shell
with alternate credentials, and then use /defcred from
that.
