#74 Don't show spaces in Topic Names

By default, the topic name shown at the top of every
page has spaces inserted into it. This works well for
English phrases like "CreatingWikiNamespaces", but
doesn't look too good for C++ functions
like "LoadStringW".

I know this is an uncommon request, but the wiki admin
should be able to configure this at some level. Here are
some ideas:

web.config setting - this would mirror the show spaces
in links setting
_contentbasedefinition.wiki - per namespace setting
:Title: property - used to configure the display of any
page's topic title?
