#70 Per-namespace stylesheets

I would like to assign a custom stylesheet on a per-
namespace basis.

Currently, I can set a stylesheet for a single page by
adding the property:
:Stylesheet:http://path/to/stylesheet.css

This should be made to work either from the content
base description file or from the custom borders topic as
well.
