#65 Square bracket links should work across spaces

Square bracket links to wiki topics should work across
spaces. Spaces & capitalization ignored, so links behave
the same way as the topic box. [flex wiki] should link to
[flexwiki] should link to FlexWiki.

"[quotes]" would allow people to avoid linkification
if'n'when they didn't want it.

Rejected because topic names can have spaces so this would
prevent linking to topics with spaces in their names.
