Description
Drag and Drop files onto the Wiki. Makes the Wiki more
useful as a mind-mapping tool, having all info in the one
spot.

Discussion
What would it mean to drop a file onto a wiki? What
would be the expected behaviour? Does it depend on
the type of the file? Please elaborate.
