#19 WikiTalk function to return original author and date

Add a command in WikiTalk to pull out the original author
and original date of a topic.

It would be great if WikiTalk could look back in the
revision history and find the person who first created a
topic along with date. In the case of a topic whose first
iteration has been deleted, get the name and date of
the oldest file.
