#127 Allow Google Adsense to easily be added

Google Adsense is run via Javascript and would be very
useful to add to the wiki. But security is important so
users don't change the Adsense code.

Other uses for this function include adding rotating
banners.

A method should be made so that wiki owners can
easily add Javascript or other code to areas of the wiki
for rotating banners and Google Adsense.

Still a good idea and this could be accomplished by allowing the administrator to lock certain pages from users edits from an admin panel instead of from the server.

Now that topic locking and other security features are available I will create a plug-in that allows GoogleAdSense code to be inserted into output pages using a behaviour that reads the add data from a topic in the wiki.
