#111 Redesign edit page

The edit page needs redesigned.

Issues:
1. The menu on the right is not cross-browser
compatible.
2. Links do not have a cursor so when mouse hovers it
doesn't provide information on what's linkable.
3. The page is not scrollable. If a menu or an error
message is displayed, the submit buttons are moved
lower but the user cannot scroll down to them without
realizing that some formatting tables need closed.
There have been other times when it was impossible to
scroll down even by closing the formatting tables but I
can't recall why this happened.
