No

I'd like to suggest that the FlexWiki team, community
and interested observers assess whether there is value
in changing the current license to another more flexible
and open licensing agreement.

I would not pretend to suggest what is best for the
project however in the hope of seeing FlexWiki be the
Wiki of all .NET CMS I wonder if it will be able to do this
under the current license restrictions especially when
integration with open source CMS is under discussion.

As the GPL does not allow the work to be incorporated into
commercial works, it's basically impossible for us to choose
that license. In fact, in looking at the available choices,
it's hard to see than *any* license besides the CPL would
work, given that Microsoft is the copyright holder.

I'm not sure what restrictions you think there are in the
CPL that would prevent you from doing what you'd like to
with it. I wouldn't be surprised to find that it's
incompatible with the GPL, but that could be considered a
problem with the GPL, not a problem with the CPL.
