#80 Incorrect parsing of fracs from .awiki causes server error

After an edit, FlexWiki generates a server error.

Cause is the parsing of fracs in TopicChange.cs.

Changing the .awiki file name from

Dylan Verheul(2004-12-10-11-18-01.4746-D100-
DylanV).awiki

to

Dylan Verheul(2004-12-10-11-18-01-D100-DylanV).awiki

(effectively removing the fracs) solves the problem.
