#7 OverrideStylesheet does not work for virtual directories

The OverrideStylesheet option in web.config does not
work for virtual directory installations of FlexWiki such as
http://localhost/flexwiki.

Setting something like '/override.css' will work only on
the default URL as above. As soon as a topic is loaded
(i.e.
http://localhost/flexwiki/default.aspx/Namespace.MyTopi
c) then the CSS path is no longer valid.

The problem can be worked arround by
specifying '../override.css' as the OverrideStylesheet
option and then adding a default.htm file to the
application root (with default.htm higher in the
document list than default.aspx in the IIS settings) and
adding a META tag to redirect
to /default.aspx/Namespace.HomePage. This will cause
the default URL to redirect to a fully qualified topic URL
and ensure that the CSS path is valid throughout.

This problem does not occur for a domain or subdomain
installation of FlexWiki (e.g.
http://flexwiki.mydomain.com\) if something
like '/override.css' is used.
