#65 FwSync assumes wrong directory

This bug imported from fwcontrib bug 955462

When a commit or status is run in a subdirectory
without specifying a file, it should run as if that
directory name was specified, not as if the parent
directory was.

I thought I had fixed this one in version 1.0, but it's
still a problem with the status command. Need to dig
deeper.
