#63 fwsync does not pick up directory parameter from init

This bug imported from fwcontrib bug 965819

FwSync doesn't seem to want to create a new directory
called "foo" when running

fwsync /url http://foo/wiki init foo

Instead it puts the fwstatus.xml file in the current
directory.
