#36 Topic Name is displayed using link text instead of filename

The title that is displayed for a page (the Topic Name)
is formatted based on the link that was followed to
reach it, rather than the name of the topic file on disk.
For example follow this link
http://www.flexwiki.com/default.aspx/FlexWiki.HoMePaGe
and see that the page title is not formatted as
intended.

The formatted name should be built from the file name
rather than the user input.

Test :
Created a topic called TestTopic
Entered page topic TeStTopIc at the top of the home page.
TestTopic page title appears as TeStTopIc
