#186 PropertyValue text poorly formatted

In builds 1708 & 1709 (may be happening in earlier
builds but I have not been checking), the
PropertyValue text displayed in the fieldset is not
being styled as expected:

* Initial Text is Blue, not orange
* Text that follows a CamelCase word combo (i.e.
TopicLink) is colored orange.
* Multiline properties are displayed in very small
font
* Multiline properties display excessive top and
bottom margins.
