Redirect loops can cause page to never finish loading
(see RedirectProperty). If you redirect x to y, which is
already redirected to x, making a loop, then try to bring
up one, the page never finishes loading, and the
progress bar (in IE) keeps flashing.

It also appears to be possible to redirect a page to itself. See
ChineseVersion

Bug still present.

Test:
Create a topic called RedirectTest
Add the text
redirect:RedirectTest

Save. The page never loads.
