#166 TopicIndex displaying other namespaces.

Tested on Build 1.8.0.1695

Create a page with @@TopicIndex("Title", "Page")@@
to display index. If you have any other namespaces
they will be displayed but not as links but as text

Create a new namespace called indexTest and go back
to the index page

This will appear in the index.

"indexTest.HomePage":indexTest.[HomePage]

Note : No Imports defined.

Tested on build 2.0.0.62 with patch for bug #1758087, also for TopicIndex, works as it should. There are no references to Topics in other Namespace that are not rendered as links, i.e. topics from all namespaces in the wiki fulfilling the test condition are correctly rendered.

Test with @@TopicIndex("Title","Page","SampleNamespaceOne")@@ only returns pages in the sample namespaces
