#147 XMLTransform not recognizing some characters

The XMLTransform is not recognizing properly escaped
charachters such as <, >, &

For example:

1) NYT &amp;gt; Travel
should be NYT > Travel

2) U.S. News &amp;amp; World Report
should be U.S. News & World Report
