#123 Edit changes lost when updates conflict

It looks like all the changes I make while editing are
discarded when I press Save and someone else has
updated the same Wiki page while I was editing it.

I'm running IE v6.0.3790.0 on Windows Server 2003 and
editing one of the pages on
the "http://wiki/default.aspx/Microsoft.Projects.MSTV/"
Wiki.

Steps to reproduce
1. Press Edit and type some text on the page
2. Have someone else edit the same page and Save
their changes.
3. Press Save on your machine to commit your changes.

You will be told that someone else has changed the
Wiki and that the edit text box on the left now contains
the current page text (the other person's change). In
other words, your changes are now gone from the edit
box. The warning message also says that you can
recover your changes by pressing Back.

4. Press the browser Back button.

Result: The edit text box still contains the current page
text. Your changes have been PERMANENTLY lost.
Not fun.

PS- Sorry if this has already been reported; it seems
pretty significant, but I couldn't find anything like it in a
quick search of the bugs here.
