Bug: cannot publish first, then subscribe

Hi,

I'm evaluating flazr and many things are working fine.

There is one thing that does not work:
One flash app A publishes live video to flazr.
Another flash app B subscribes to the live video.

This only works if I start the subscriber first! Please try it:

The intuitive way is to start the publisher first, and then the subscriber(s). I've debugged quite a bit, but cannot find the cause.
