#1 Late automatic logout

When a user does not explicitely log out and he logs in
later, he is not allowed to log in because he is
already logged in. The automatic logout will happen
only at the next client action.

The problem is quite strange. Theoretically, expired users
are always removed from the present-list, at any action. I
have to have another look at the problem.
