Thanks for your suggestion.
The flash_write_inner_loop modification has solved the problem at 25K42.
In this case, the interrupt was not the reason of the trouble.
I will try FF also with larger K42 controllers.
With the elimination of the interrupt problems, the K42 family could 
become the best alternative of K22.
