Sorry, I failed in keeping sourceforge and github in sync.

Now they are, so github also has the project files.

I recreated the because Microchip had done some format changes
and the migration of the old project files to the new format did not
work in mplabx.

There is fork a in github for the k42 put I don't know how well it 
works.
