Hi Christian,
I can think of two things to check.

1. The fuses on the Atmega chip. These are set by the ICSP programmer.
Look in the config.inc file for fuse values.

2. The eeprom is not programmed by AvrAsp
if your serial connection works, giving EMPTY as the first command will 
fix the problem

3. Send some more info about your problem
