Hi, The fuses are set as: Lfuse: 0xFF Hfuse: 0xDE BOOTSZ0=1 BOOTSZ1=1 BOOTRST=0 Efuse: 0x05 Lock Bits: 0x3f I used Teraterm with XON/XOFF and without. Both display "EBM lashForth Atmega 5.0" when the Uno is reset. Flash contents read back match the original hex file. Thanks for your response. Rob Scholten.
