Hi, maybe somebody interested in an 8MB large ramdisk (an external ram) which can be connected to an MCU with 11 lines only (8 data and 3 control signals) so easy to be connected to any MCU even a small 8bitter. The advantage over an Sdcard is it has no latencies and unlimited endurance, faster even with bitbanging. Good for swaps, buffers, caches, small ramdisks, when FF gets a small file system for it :).
