[Flashforth-devel] FF3.8 USB mode with USB disconnected

Attila Herman asked for it and now
the FF 3.8 in USB mode now also works with 
the USB cord disconnected.

It should make it more useful for self-powered 
gadgets.

F3.8 is sofar only available in the git repository.
