I have just tried the links given in sourceforge:

telnet -l arduinomega flashforth.dlinkddns.com

etc

None of these are working though.

Due to that I am cleaning the server room (=garage)

It's the one stored in git.

There is no special configuration needed to make FF secure, it is that 
by default.

There may be occasional droputs of the connectivity because the terminal 
server is behind a WLAN and the WLAN drops out once in a while.
