#30 Program-specific path lists

It would be very useful to have a list like the global folder list, but that is specific to the program that opened the dialog. That is, there is one list of directories that I used with my programming editor, there's another list that I used with my graphics editor, and so on. The folders used with different applications tend to be different, and keeping them separate helps a lot to keep only the relevant items.

This could be an additional toolbar button, or a configurable option how the global folder list button works.

Before publishing FF, there was an additional program-specific recent folders button in the toolbar. But then I removed it since I rarely used it by myself and wanted to keep the user interface as clean as possible.

I will think about adding this feature back again. It would not be in the toolbar by default, but I would make it so that you could choose which toolbar buttons to display or to hide.
