#15 Enable FlashFolder to be run from USB flash drives

Make it possible to start FF without installation so it can be run from USB flash drives.

Currently, FF is installed as an autostart-service to allow it to be run smoothly on restricted user accounts. Otherwise, if a program is run with admin rights from the restricted account (via "run as"), it would not show the FF toolbar.
