Your current version 1.8.141 offers support to use directory menus from TotalCmd.
It would be nice, if the TotalCmd INI-File from where the directory menus are parsed is configurable.
Since TC since version 7.0 supports distributed INI-Files, the directory menu does not have to be in the main INI-File, but in any referenced INI-File. Therefore a configurable TC INI-File within FlashFolder would allow to use the dependant (and not only the main) INI-File

One of the next versions of FlashFolder will use a different, more flexible way of interaction with TC.
Instead of sharing TC's menu, which is error-prone and does not work for TC started from USB flash drive, it will only have its own menu.
This menu can than optionally replace the TC directory menu, will support most if not all functionality of TC's build-in dir menu and even provide additional functionality like icons for menu items.
I have already begun working on this but it will take some time to finish.

There is already something similar you intend:
FavMenu - it's a tool written with Autohotkey, that uses a "modified version" (including icons for menu items) of TC's INI-Files for configuration - but these INI files are still usable by TC

As FavMenu is a tool for TC, written in AHK it's mentioned in both forums:
