At the end of the day, the more advanced user can edit the schema manually and use Copy & Paste to replicate similar rules. Meanwhile, using the same approach for disabling a rule doesn’t seem to work – XML comments do not seem to be parsed correctly: “The method or operation is not implemented” error on schema open.
Need to check whether XML comments don't work in the Schema.
