This feature need for archviation HD-material (including stereo tracks from DVD-Audio that is 24/192). Now, we using RAR to compress sample libraries, but it is not so convenient and FLAC compression more effective than RAR.
the maximum resolution flac supports is 32 bits and probably always will be. since 32-bit support is covered by another tracker, I am going to close this one.
