when run a big job(30Mb by example) the UI of eclipse stays locked and sometimes the last window (end of job) stays invisible and need crash of eclipse. My eclipse is

What is 30MB. The resulting Fat-Jar-Size, one included Jar one File in the classpath?
The Progressbar should update for each lib, and the GUI should also refresh.
About the Crash: do you have an output of the logfile (workspace/.metadata/.log)
