GT.M macro pre-processor posted

Valeriy Glushkov has written a GT.M macro pre-processor. It is currently available in the Patches area (https://sourceforge.net/news/submit.php?group_id=11026), and we will see about making it available in the main summary page.

Here is his description:

This is the first alpha-version of Macro Preprocessor for
GT.M. It is partially compatible with Cache' MAC
preprocessor.

See README file from attached tar.gz-archive. It contains macro-syntax and usage summary.

If anybody of the community needs such a tool, get it and try it. And please and let me know your opinion about bugs and features.
